San Francisco based rock band Journey Were formed in 1973, the band reached commercial success throughout the 70's and throughout the 80's. During this period the band released hit which was the best selling catalog track in iTunes history.
The bands Studio album "Escape" reached number 1 on the Billboards 200. The album also included other hit singles such as "Open Arms". Their success has resulted in two gold rated albums and eight mulch-platinum.
Steve Miller Band is an American rock band formed in 1967 in San Francisco, California. The band is managed by Steve Miller on guitar and lead vocals.
In 1965, Miller moved to San Francisco where the psychedelic music was flourishing. He then formed the Steve Miller Blues Band which, when they contracted with Capitol Records in 1967, shortened their name to the Steve Miller Band. The band are known for various successful album releases including: "Sailor", "Fly Like an Eagle" and "Book of Dreams".
