Future is headlining the festival this year, known for creating a distinctive style in how he infused the effect of auto-tuning with his vocals. GQ stated that Future, "has managed to reboot the tired auto-tune sound and mash it into something entirely new."
Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, known professionally as Future, was born in 1983. He reached commercial success as a hip-hop artist with his debut studio album, Pluto, released in 2012. His second album, Honest, released in 2014, surpassed his debut album in the charts. Future has collaborated with artists such as Lil Uzi Vert and Drake on mixtapes, and released the song Life Is Good in 2020 featuring Drake. High Off Life, his latest album, was released in 2020.
The Kid Laroi, Indigenous Australian rapper, singer, writer and record producer, is joining Future for the concert. Laroi was nominated for an APRA award this year in the category Breakthrough Songwriter of the Year and won.
