There are many places and activities surrounding the Shoreline Amphitheatre that are worth visiting if you have the time before/after the event.

Getting there with public transport

Visitors to Mountain View can use several public transportation networks. The CalTrain service runs throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and calls at Mountain View. There are also a number of bus and light rail options through the Valley Transportation Authority network.

Once in Mountain View, public transportation to Shoreline Amphitheatre is limited but possible. Several local shuttle buses run around the area’s major sites, stopping at around 50 locations in the town.

Others may prefer the convenience of using a ride-sharing app. If you are able, cycling or even walking to the venue is possible from many locations in town, with plenty of bike parking options available outside the gates.
