H.E.R. just announced the Lights On Festival is returning for 2023! After taking time off last year, the festival is back and bigger than ever. It will once again be held in the Bay Area, but this time, they’ve relocated to the festival grounds at the Shoreline Amphitheatre to accommodate more people.
This is your chance to chill on the mountainside, connect with some people, and vibe with the music. The R&B music festival is a two-day extravaganza set on September 16-17, so clear up your schedule and make room for the festival you’ve been waiting for.
H.E.R. will be headlining the event on the second night. Meanwhile, JAZMINE SULLIVAN will headline the first night. Other big names in R&B is set to the stage as well, including PARTYNEXTDOOR, ALINA BARAZ, KIANA LEDÉ, and many more!

H.E.R., the five-time Grammy Award-winning R&B singer, announced something very special on her 26th birthday. She dropped her fans the big announcement that the Lights On Festival is back and set on September 16-17. Since the first Lights On Festival in 2019, many of the most prominent R&B artists have taken the stage at the event, including Chris Brown, Jhene Aiko, Daniel Caesar, Summer Walker, and Ari Lennox.
“I’m so excited ‘Lights On Fest’ will be making its return. It’s my favorite way to wind down the summer by having two days filled with great R&B music. I am so proud to reveal the extraordinary talent we have on the bill this year and can’t wait for everyone to see what’s to come!” H.E.R. said as she announced the talented list of artists performing at the festival.
