Good news - H.E.R just unveiled the return of Lights On Festival this year, and we’re all here for it! The show is set on September 16-17 at a bigger and upgraded venue at the festival grounds of the Shoreline Amphitheatre to accommodate more R&B fans.
The festival includes some of R&B’s biggest names in R&B, including Jazmine Sullivan, Partynextdoor, Don Toliver & Toosii.
H.E.R and friends will headline Day 2, September 17, and we can’t wait to find out who her friends (surprise guests) are! Whoever they may be, we’re sure it’s going to be mindblowing.

H.E.R. is a five-time Grammy Award winner who made history in 2019 with the Lights on Festival as the first female-owned and female-curated festival. The internationally acclaimed singer, H.E.R., has used her platform and success to do all the right things. She makes amazing music, she is a positive example to women, and she remains down to earth as ever.
“Growing up, I didn’t see a lot of people like me,” she said. “I know there are so many young women out there who are like, ‘I can do that, too,’ and feel beautiful. They’re experimenting with lipstick or a hair product. It’s really about being you and authentic to yourself and express yourself. I can’t even believe I’m capable of having that impact. It’s still kind of surreal to me when young girls are saying, ‘I want to be like H.E.R. She plays the guitar. I want to play it too.’ ”
She will headline Day 2 of the event alongside some of her friends. Of course, we have yet to find out which ones of her friends she will be bringing onstage, but one thing is for sure - it is going to be mindblowing.
