Formed in the year 2002, Sugarland is an American country music band composed of songwriters-singer Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush. At the onset, the band was actually a trio with Bush, Nettles and Kristen Hall. However, after three years, Hall quit the group.
The first debut single – “Baby Girl” from the multi- platinum debut album – “Twice the speed of life” was released in 2004 and gained immense success. The second album – “Enjoy the ride” was released by the duo in 2006. This album got the band it’s first two number singles – “Settlin” and “Wan to”, and got the band the prestigious Grammy award for “Stay”. Other successful tracks released by the duo include – “Life In A Northern Town”, “Stuck Like Glue”, “Something More”, “Already Gone” and more.
