Glass Animals

Fellow humans... it's time for some psychedelics... no, not that kind! The psychedelic visuals of Glass Animals! And of course, their epic indie rock, complimented by a brand-new album to boot, plus a generous helping of the supporting band Eyedress, and you have the perfect recipe for a super night out at Shoreline Amphitheatre on Wednesday, September 11th 2024.

“Hello humans of earth! how r u? we have missed playing for u v much. we can’t wait to play u the new music…i think this album will be exceptionally fun live,” the band sent back from outer space.

Blasting back to earth in their neon purple temple, the Glass Animals bring you the epic Tour Of Earth for 2024. They have a new album to tour and if it is anything near as good as Dreamland, and "Heat Waves," then you know it will be abso-f***ing-lutely amazing!!! And you have to get tickets right now, this is not a drill, these are selling faster than I can write these write-ups!

Crashing down to earth, Glass Animals have come to sing you, “I Love You So F****** Much,” their brand-new album, which is due this July. The Tour of Earth supports this new album, along with its preceding track, “Creatures In Heaven,” complete with the bands' usual sound and style, influenced by early 00s R&B and mixes of hip-hop, electro-pop and a heavy dose of synth. Catch the song, and video down below right now.

Glass Animal's previous album, Dreamland, from 2020, sold an insane 12 million units globally, helped along by the smash hit sensation, “Heat Waves.” The song was a sleeper hit for the band, taking 2 whole years of slow, but steady climbing to hit the top of the charts, starting in Australia, a wave of heat spread across to The U.K. and finally to the Billboard Hot 100 and Adult Top 40 here in the U.S. becoming, since way back in 1995 with the Spice Girls, the first British song to top the American charts for 5 solid weeks! The song and album landed the band their first Brit award nomination, as well as their first Grammy Award nomination.

The band is, on guitar and keys, Drew MacFarlane, on bass and keys, Edmund Irwin-Singer, and on drums, Joe Seaward, with lead singer and guitarist Dave Bayley, who had something rather long-winded to say about the new album, I Love You So F***ing Much.

"I love you so f***ing much, I LOVE YOU SO F***ING MUCH, I love you SO f***ing MUCH, I love you so F***ING much, I LOVE you so f***ing MUCH." yep, that's the quote right there, he followed that tirade with, "These words take on a different meaning every time you say them. The universe may make us feel overwhelmingly small, but we have this human connection that is far vaster and more mysterious. Love comes in an infinite number of forms and shapes and sizes. It is so complex, and so powerful, that even witnessing the tiniest instance of it can change your life forever."

Glass Animals, with support from Eyedress, Shoreline Amphitheatre on Wednesday, September 11th 2024, for the Tour of Earth... Buy tickets, I f***ing love it when you buy tickets.
