Upon releasing their debut EP, Radical $uicide, the duo entered Billboard’s Indie chart and landed at number 5 on the Heatseekers chart. In 2018, their debut album I Want To Die in New Orealns entered the Billboard 200, landing at a cool number 9. The self released effort impressively sold over half a million copies in the US, earning Suicideboys their first gold certification. And the rest was history as the boys gained staggering fame and respect of peers and fans. Suicideboys became an influential force in the shock rap scene, even founding their own label, G*59 Records, with several artists in their roster.
